Btms Bookshelf system is a program that manages the creation, storage and control of documents electronically. A unique number is given to every document that is stored into the system and the user can track the document in multiple ways (either by title, keywords, notes etc.). Documents can be categorized according to company needs and any sort of files can be attached to each document.
BTMS Bookshelf Management system is specifically designed for Law Firms that needs all the laws, articles, court decisions and other documents to be held electronically. In addition, the system can be used in other industries such as accounting and audit firms, real estate companies etc.
