The standard maintenance and support scheme is calculated on a annual basis and according to the software licenses owned by the client.
However, maintenance fees may vary depending upon clients support requirements and clients customize products or utilities.
Also, in B.T.M.S we can tailor a maintenance scheme to meet the exact customer’s requirements if necessary.
B.T.M.S maintenance scheme includes the following:
• Telephone Support – customers can reach our consultants via telephone for problem reporting, technical queries, system usage clarifications during regular business hours:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 17:30 pm, excluding national holidays.
• Product Upgrades – customers under maintenance scheme are entitled to new versions of B.T.M.S system free of charge.
However, customized system enhancements will be charged according to the agreement between B.T.M.S and the customer.
• Other Benefits according to maintenance scheme agreement.
