BTMS financial management system is a highly automated, fully integrated Accounting, Inventory Control and Invoicing system with detailed Sales and Purchase Analysis based on SQL database technology.

The design of the system is modular and includes modules such as Security, Management, Administration, General Ledger, Transactions, Reports, Stock Administration, Stock Transactions, Purchases and Sales.

Enquiring and reporting facilities are available by the system. Data from sales, purchases, stock transactions and transactions modules flows into general ledger module and various reports can be produced either from reports or other modules. All reports are printed on A4 standard paper and can be previewed on screen before being printed. They can also be exported in a variety of file formats such as spreadsheets and word-processing systems. BTMS financial management system allows users to organize and adapt the system to meet their requirements.

The system provides all the functionality for setting chart of accounts, journals, categories, provides complete control over bookkeeping menus, monitoring journal entries and reporting options. Stocks module support functions necessary for supporting organizational warehouse needs. The system provides all the functionality for complete control over stock levels, inventory tracking, and inventory control and customers or suppliers price groups. Stock module has been designed to provide solutions for all the warehousing needs and includes menus such as:

• Product Groups
• Stock Transactions (Transfers/Adjustments)
• Stock Take Procedure (Freeze, Stock Take, Stock Valuation)

• Price Groups



Sales module support functions necessary for supporting organizational selling needs. The system provides all the functionality for setting various price lists for each customer, various payment types and salesman and defining various transactions definitions for each different sales document. Various sales reports are available helping management to monitor sales figures. Sales module comprises menus such as :

Purchase module support functions necessary for supporting organizational purchasing needs. Reports can be first viewed on the screen before being sent to the printer. All reports can be export to Excel or any other format.
