Maintenance and Support

The standard maintenance scheme and support is based on the system license fees annually.
However, maintenance fees may vary depending upon clients support requirements and clients customize products or utilities.
Also, in B.T.M.S we can tailor a maintenance scheme to meet exactly customer’s requirements if necessary.
B.T.M.S maintenance scheme includes the following:
• Telephone Support – customers can reach our consultants via telephone for problem reporting, technical queries, system usage clarifications during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 17:30 pm, excluding national holidays.
• Product Upgrades – customers under maintenance scheme are entitled to new versions of B.T.M.S system free of charge. However, customize system enhancements will be charged according to the agreement between B.T.M.S and the customer.
• Other Benefits according to maintenance scheme agreement.
